PlymConnect provides private airport, cruise and other transfer services from Plymouth. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean PlymConnect.

What we collect
When you enquire or book by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the enquiry form on this website, we may receive:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- journey details such as pick-up address, destination, dates, times, number of passengers and flight or cruise numbers;
- anything else you choose to tell us, such as luggage or accessibility needs;
- payment records for deposits and balances (card payments, BACS transfer or cash).
How the enquiry form works
The form on this website does not store or send your details itself. When you press Email or WhatsApp, it opens your own email or WhatsApp app with a message ready for you to check and send. We only receive your details if you send that message.
Why we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a price.
- To arrange and carry out your journey, including contacting you on the day.
- To take payments and keep business and accounting records.
We use your information because it is needed to provide the service you have asked for, and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It may be handled by the services we use to run the business, such as our email provider, WhatsApp and payment providers, and our website host (Cloudflare), which processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver this website securely.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
